Who we are
Cirros Document Solutions Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through www.cirros.net. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 10957422, at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX.
What we collect and why

If you tick "Remember my name, email and company" on the quote form, your browser keeps your name, email address and company name on this device so the form is filled in for you next time. They are saved only after your request has been sent, they stay on your device, and they are deleted as soon as you untick the box. Clearing your browser data also removes them.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use the following suppliers to run our website. Each processes data on our behalf under contract:
- Microsoft, for hosting (Azure) and for sending contact and quote form emails (Azure Communication Services).
- Google, for spam protection (reCAPTCHA, on our contact and quote request pages only) and, with your consent, analytics (Google Analytics).
- YouTube (Google), when you press play on one of our videos.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to a quote are deleted 12 months after we receive them. If your request becomes a quote or an order, we keep it with that sales record.
Messages sent through our contact form are deleted 12 months after we receive them, unless they lead to a quote, an order or a support request, in which case we keep them with that record.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To withdraw consent to analytics, use the Cookie settings link at the foot of any page and click Reject: Google Analytics stops straight away and its cookies are deleted from your browser. To use any of the other rights, email info@cirros.net.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
