Partner programme 2026-27

The Cirros partner programme

Every partner sits in a tier, set by annual contract value, who does the installations and who supports the customer. The more of the work a partner does, the better their terms. Tiers are reviewed each April, and new partners start at Silver.

Platinum Cloud Partner

Our highest-volume partners, with an agreed annual commitment. They run their own installations and first and second line support, with accredited engineers.

Gold Cloud Partner

Established partners who run their own installations and first and second line support, with accredited engineers.

Silver Cloud Partner

Partners who run installations with Cirros help on request and provide first line support, with Cirros handling second line.

Accredited engineers

An accredited engineer can install and support Cirros without us on the call: setting up customers, enrolling devices, card readers and sign-in, running a pilot and go-live, managing the account day to day and fixing common faults. Only Cirros can accredit an engineer. Platinum, Gold and Silver partners need accredited engineers; how many is the partner's call. Accreditation is renewed each year.
